Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime by calling our office at 517-455-7810 or by using our contact form on the contact us page. Any un-delivered issues will be refunded at the prepaid purchase price.

Return/Refund Policy

Backorders and Advertising are sold on an all sales final basis, and are non returnable and not refundable.

Delivery/Shipping Policy

Once a subscription is purchased, your information is added to the next mailing. Back orders and other products will be processed and shipped within 2-4 weeks.

How We Collect Information

The SportLansing.com Web site provides information about our magazine, ways to submit information and gives our readers a chance to subscribe and advertising customers the opportunity to pay their bills online. We will retain only the last 4 digits of credit card information and each transaction's identifier on our servers for as long as you are a customer or as long as legally allowed. We will associate invoice payment information with other information that we have about you in our customer database.
